You will be part of the Product Support team, helping colleagues in managing any problems related to Raymarine/FLIR products.You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems to ensure complete customer satisfaction and participate in trade shows or promotional events organized by the Company.## About the Role As a Product Support Specialist, you will be the primary technical contact for our customers, including OEM boat builders, dealers, and end users.
