Working closely with departmental leaders and the wider HR team, you will coordinate learning initiatives, support training delivery, monitor development activities, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth. Responsibilities: - Learning &, Development Strategy: Support the implementation of the L&, D strategy in alignment with business priorities, brand standards, and employee development needs. - Training Needs Analysis: Work closely with departmental leaders to identify learning and development needs and recommend appropriate training solutions. - Training Coordination: Coordinate internal and external training programmes, ensuring sessions are effectively planned, communicated, delivered, and recorded. - Learning Methodologies: Support the use of a variety of learning approaches,



including classroom training, e-learning, micro-learning, on-the-job learning, and blended learning. - Learning Systems: Maintain and support the internal learning management system, ensuring training information, courses, and completion records remain accurate and up to date. - Training Delivery: Facilitate and deliver training sessions as required, including induction, service standards, soft skills, compliance, and other development programmes. - Onboarding &, Induction: Support departmental leaders with the planning and delivery of new hire onboarding and induction programmes, ensuring colleagues receive a consistent introduction to the organisation. - Employee Development: Support the development of colleagues at all levels through learning initiatives, career development activities, and continuous improvement programmes. - Leadership Development: Coordinate and support lea
