What You'll Do for Us : support and review of contracts, T&Cs;, marketing materials and products labels;
support and review of all administrative and corporate documents (e.g. BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.);
support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231;
support and review of privacy, compliance and administrative documents;
support the European legal team on cross-countries projects;
legislation and case law research;
