Job Purpose
Responsible for defining, developing, and integrating vehicle and implement system functionalities, ensuring customer needs are translated into robust system requirements, architectures, and validated solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.
The System Engineer serves as a technical bridge between Product Management, Software Development, Validation, Manufacturing, Service and Platform Engineering teams, to deliver high-quality system solutions for agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze, and manage customer, operator, business, and regulatory requirements for vehicle and implement systems.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, verifiable, and traceable system requirements.
