AI Automation & Analytics Specialist Zoetis Southern Europe is seeking a results-driven AI Automation & Analytics Specialist to join our Business Analytics team. This role will be responsible for collecting and processing large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves using ETL tools, statistical methods, Machine Learning and data visualization techniques to interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Quality Design and maintain automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from diverse internal and external sources Implement robust data validation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure high data quality and lineage
Analytics & Modeling Apply statistical analysis and machine learning to identify trends, segments, forecasts, and drivers of performance Build reproducible analytical assets with clear versioning and governance
AI Leverage AI to automate and improve data analysis, uncovering trends and drivers and embedding insights into workflows Identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases,



integrating model outputs into workflows and dashboards with clear KPIs and explainability Operationalize AI/ML solutions, ensuring Responsible AI practices
