as a coordinator of holistic development, the Academic Mentor ensuresthat each student thrives both intellectually and emotionally, supporting their growth journey on all levels.
Key responsibilities:
Academic and personal support: guide students in their personalgrowth, integrating academic and athletic goals;
Mindset development : support the development of students’resilience, character, collaboration, and Human Skills;
Online learning support : attend Saudi online lessons and assist students in their learning process;
Ongoing mentorship : provide one-to-one support to help students manage competitive pressure and academic challenges.
Requirements:
Degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields
Experience working in educational settings with student-athletes
Understanding of competitive sports environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in Arabic and English (Italian is a plus)

H-FARM Sports Academy is an educational project that redefines the learning journey of elite student-athletes. Located on the H-FARM Campus in Roncade (TV), the Academy offers a unique environment where athletic and academic growth do not compete but instead reinforce each other.
Our “24/7 total immersion” approach combines flexible academic learning, professional sports training, and personal development within a cohesive ecosystem.
