UTA seeks an Assistant to support the Head of Experiences and Strategic Relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for brand partnerships, integrated marketing, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the team is positioned for success.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

What You Will Do
- Support the development of brand partnership and experiential pitch materials, including research, brainstorming, deck development, and persuasive storytelling
- Help translate ideas into compelling, client-ready narratives that clearly articulate the opportunity, creative concept, and value to potential brand partners
- Research brands, marketing trends, cultural moments, talent, and industry activity to inform partnership opportunities and new business pitches
- Contribute to brainstorming around experiential concepts, content ideas,



and major sports and cultural moments
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and preparation of materials for meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling invitations, agendas, logistics, and note-taking
- Help facilitate effective communication by sharing relevant updates and insights on clients and recruits with agents and staff
- Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and support implementation of improved workflows and documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Perform additional duties as needed to support manager and broader team objectives
