The base range of this role,



at the time of posting, is estimated to be the following should this role be filled in the respective country:

Italy

€50,250 - €73,700 (Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA , Metalmeccanico Industria)

Lithuania

€53,250 - €78,100

Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with operational leaders to develop and manage monthly workload and forecast planning, ensuring resource demand and utilisation are accurately reflected.
- Provide meaningful financial insight by analysing business performance, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support budget, forecast and cost centre management, helping stakeholders understand financial performance and key variances
