- Welcome and advise local and international clients with warmth, energy and authenticity.
- Understand each client’s needs and turn every interaction into a personalised and commercial experience.
- Actively contribute to sales targets, KPIs, clienteling and the development of long-term customer relationships.
- Develop strong product knowledge and share Fusalp’s heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise with enthusiasm.
- Be proactive on the sales floor and contribute positively to the energy and performance of the boutique.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
- Take part in all daily operations: stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories, cash handling and general organisation.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the boutique, not simply work in it: reliable, energetic, curious and ready to contribute wherever needed. Winter in Courmayeur is fast-paced, seasonal and highly client-focused. You will spend most of your time with clients, but everyone contributes to the life of the boutique.



Sales, clienteling, stock, deliveries, presentation standards and daily operations are a shared responsibility.
Must-have
- At least one year of customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where sales and service are central.
- A genuine interest in selling and creating strong client relationships.
- Energy, initiative and a hands-on attitude.
- Reliability, attention to detail and a real desire to do things well.
- Italian and English are required.
- Availability to commit to the full winter season, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.

Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
- French or any additional language relevant to an international clientele.
- Experience with clienteling, CRM or retail KPIs.
- An interest in Fusalp, fashion, ski, mountain lifestyle or technical apparel.
