The Mission: A Digital World Without Barriers

At Accessiway, we aren't just a SaaS company; we are a scale-up growing at supersonic speed with one ambitious goal: to make technology accessible to everyone, no ifs or buts. We believe that accessibility isn't a checkbox: it's how people experience the world.

We've grown fast — but too much of our revenue motion still runs on manual, rep-driven work: building pipeline, preparing deals, onboarding customers, spotting expansion and churn risk. As our GTM Engineer, you won't add more headcount to the problem: you'll replace it with AI, data and automation. You'll build the AI-driven systems that power our revenue engine from first signal to renewal, treating go-to-market like a product — every play is an experiment you test small, measure, and scale when it works. This is a genuine greenfield role: RevOps owns the foundation (clean data, routing,

reporting), and you build the revenue plays that run on top of it, across four markets, hand in hand with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and regional leadership.

What's in it for you? (Beyond the usual promises)
- Real-World Impact: Your work powers a revenue engine that makes the digital experience better for billions of users (1.3B across the globe, to be precise), ensuring products are more usable and intuitive for everyone.
- A Greenfield Playground: You won't inherit a finished machine. You'll design how AI-driven GTM works here from scratch, with the space to experiment, test and scale your own plays.
- Autonomy & Trust: We're building a culture where every idea counts and every voice matters. If you have a process to streamline or an automation to experiment with, you'll have the support to make it happen.
- Radical Inclusivity: We are a diverse, 15+ nationality team. We're also p
