BOM accuracy in coordination with R&D; (who creates/modifies BOMs), lead times, parameters and item master data; defines with R&D; the standard of a "correct BOM".

Make-or-buy & should-cost.
- Builds should-cost models, leads make-or-buy analyses, provides Sourcing and management with cost breakdowns for negotiations and decisions.

Projects.
- Leads or coordinate cross-functional improvement projects (digitalization, process redesign, call-off implementation), ensuring progress and delivery of results.
