For the next season 2027, we are looking for a Bartender to join the team at our Bar Baratta 16
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests.
He/She reports to Bar Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Fulfill the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;




- Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere, establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries;
- Plan, organize, and control the operations of a bar;
- To monitor stock levels, paying particular attention to use-by-dates on perishable goods, and order replacement deliveries as required;
- Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders;
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies;
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Bar Manager and/or Restaurant Manager;
- Brings suggestions for improvement;
- Notify Bar Manager or Manager-on-Duty any time a guest is not completely satisfied with their experience.
