Primary Care Sheffield is seeking an Independent Assessor and Prescriber to join the ADHD service for 37.5 hours per week. You will work across primary care, voluntary sector and secondary services to improve mental health outcomes and support service users from overwhelmed to empowered in managing ADHD.
The role involves diagnostic assessments, prescribing within formulary, and contributing to MDT discussions and service development.
