Drives product sales across multiple categories or lines through advanced product knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities
- 1) Uses expertise in specific area to provide detailed product knowledge and drive sales across multiple product categories or lines.
- 2) Develops client relationships through experience in order to increase sales and create positive client experiences.
- 3) Restocks and arranges products following sales.
- 4) Provides product and service information and advice and offers excellent customer service and models behaviour to new talent.
- 5) Provides new talent with product line training in area of expertise and mentorship or guidance if appropriate.
Desirable experience
- Generally proficient level of experience in retail
