Product Support is on the front line, ensuring that customers' needs are heard and met, along with the technical department, which plays a key role by providing support and maintenance. Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction through after-sales service makes the customer aware that they can rely on a customer service team that is attentive to their needs and empathetic even after the purchase.
Main Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for providing first technical assistance to our clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely problem resolution
- Defining the type of support needed and addressing the issue to the related Dealer or Distributor;
- The candidate will handle requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and collaborate with other departments to resolve problems
