Mission:
Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all foreign distribution dealing activities, in full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and market rules.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet operational deadlines and ensure the completion of all activities within established cut-off times.

Deliver a high level of service by providing prompt and effective support to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Manage transfers of units/shares of foreign funds and SICAVs, ensuring timely and accurate execution
* Provide operational support and assistance to distributors and counterparties
* Actively contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives within the department
* Monitor and control outsourced activities,



ensuring compliance with service and quality standards## Profile required
Studies & experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in economics or related fields
* Preferable previous experience within a Fund Administration in Securities Services or Financial Services environment
Language skills:
* Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts
* Upper-intermediate English (B2 level)
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
* Knowledge of Excel and Access
* Basic knowledge of Bloomberg and SAP
* Team Spirit

Salary range: 35.500€
