Regional Sales Manager - North west
Dentsply Sirona Italia is looking for a Regional Manager for the Northwest Region (Piemonte, Liguria e Valle D'Aosta).
The candidate will have to achieve the assigned turnover targets for his/her area of responsibility,
through effective management of resources and in compliance with company procedures.
To align the Regional sales organization's objectives with company business strategy through active participation in strategic planning and sales and business development strategy deployment.
Developing an accurate regional analysis of territory and customers
Establishing and maintaining productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects
Recruiting, training and developing the sales team, in compliance with company policy
Directly managing key customers
Managing and enhancing the value of the existing customer base
Identifying and acquiring new significant customers
Experience in the role in multinational companies - Experience in the dental field will be considered a significant plus
University degree or education
Knowledge of English and IT tools
Excellent skills in managing sales representatives with an agency contract
Knowledge of sales
