As our VP Brand, you own what Ko Ro stands for today and where our brand is heading next. You will shape our long-term brand strategy and positioning as Ko Ro scales across markets and channels. Bringing together brand, consumer understanding and commercial priorities, you will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of Ko Ro. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Brand Vision & Strategy: You own Ko Ro's long-term brand direction, positioning and philosophy, and ensure it is consistently applied across markets and touchpoints. You shape how Ko Ro's brand identity evolves as the business grows across Europe. Brand Development: You set the measures for brand health and consumer engagement, and use data and insight to steer brand strategy and investment decisions.
Consumers & Markets: You build the consumer, market, competitor and cultural insight base that informs company decisions, using it to sharpen our brand strategy, help shape and align Ko Ro's sustainability strategy, and identify the growth opportunities worth pursuing Brand & Creative Collaboration:



You partner closely with the Creative Director to translate Ko Ro's brand strategy and positioning into how the brand shows up across campaigns, products and customer experience.
Together, you ensure that creative work reflects our strategic brand direction and strengthens how Ko Ro connects with consumers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with the SVP Marketing to turn company goals into a strong brand strategy and clear priorities across brand, product portfolio and marketing. You work across teams and with senior stakeholders to connect long-term brand building with commercial priorities and ensure Ko Ro grows with a strong and relevant brand.
Leadership & Team Development: You define the right setup for the brand and creative function, lead and develop the brand, social media and pr team, and build the capability the strategy needs. You give clear direction and are accountable for execution.
