Reporting to the Retail & Education Manager, in a context of business growth and transformation, Guerlain training Coordinator embody perfectly the values of Maison Guerlain and plays a crucial part to define country training strategy for the country distribution and driving initiatives to enhance the Knowledge and skills of Retail Teams within the country. Content strategy has to be defined in alignment with local objectives, plan training calendars and implement deployment strategies while establishment KPIs to measure training effectiveness and manages Guerlain Trainers.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsabilities:
Training Strategy Development:
- Act as the primary advocate and sponsor of the organization’s training strategy within the country, driving initiatives to enhance the capabilities of Retail teams.
- Align content materials with local business objectives, ensuring that training materials are relevant, engaging, and conducive to the achievement of regional goals.
Training Calendar Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive training calendars tailored to the needs of the country, considering local market dynamics and seasonal variations.
- Execute training programs effectively, ensuring timely delivery and maximum participation from Retail staff across the country.
Deployment Strategy Implementation:
- Implement deployment of training activities that cater to the unique requirements of the country, taking into account regional nuances and cultural
