A leading European player in industrial and logistics real estate, currently expanding its presence in the Italian market, is seeking aProject Manager – Construction & Renewables to join its technical team in Italy.
The position combines hands-on management of industrial and logistics construction projects with the development of energy initiatives, with a particular focus on photovoltaic systems and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
This is a practical, delivery-focused role involving regular site presence and direct responsibility for coordinating designers, contractors, subcontractors and specialist consultants.

The ideal candidate comes from an industrial, logistics or infrastructure construction project management background and has knowledge of, or previous involvement in,
photovoltaic and/or battery energy storage projects.
The objective is to appoint a Project Manager capable of directly managing project delivery while further developing their expertise in the energy sector, ultimately becoming the country-level point of reference for renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial and logistics construction projects from the planning stage through construction, commissioning and final handover;
- Directly oversee site activities, coordinating contractors, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Work closely with designers, engineers, architects and consultants to define and review technical and design solutions;
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress reports, track budgets, oversee contractors and subcontractors against programme, cost, quality and technical compliance requirements, and provide regular project reporting to support
