The Role
We are looking for a
Software Engineer - Endpoint Agents
to join our Product team and contribute to the development of the software that runs on our users' endpoints.
You will work across browser and operating system platforms, developing software that inspects web activity in real time and enforces security policies. Your work will focus on building solutions that are reliable, efficient and difficult to bypass, while remaining transparent to the end user.
You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Research and customers to translate requirements into high-quality endpoint solutions.
We are looking for someone who is technically curious and interested in understanding how browsers and operating systems work under the hood, with a strong focus on efficient and well-reasoned solutions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
3+ years of professional software development experience;
Strong programming proficiency in
TypeScript/JavaScript
and at least one other general-purpose language, such as
Python, Go, C#, C++, or Rust ;
Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms and concurrency;
Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including HTTP, TLS and DNS;
Good understanding of modern
browser architecture, including page lifecycle, extension architecture and securi
