Based in Milan, the company operates across major international markets and is currently going through a phase of growth and international expansion, with several new development projects underway.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, lean and entrepreneurial environment, taking on a transversal role with significant exposure to Senior Management. The position combines hands-on operational responsibilities with strategic support, contributing to the overall financial management and development of the company.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting;
- Preparation and analysis of financial and management reporting;




- Cash flow monitoring and treasury management;
- Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions and external advisors;
- Supervising accounting, tax activities and month/year-end closing processes;
- Monitoring the accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles, including payment schedules and outstanding balances;
- Cost analysis and monitoring of variances against budget and forecast;
- Managing and monitoring payment plans, instalment arrangements, repayment schedules and tax deadlines;
- Supporting Senior Management in financial and business assessments and strategic development projects;
- Implementing and continuously improving financial processes, procedures and internal control tools.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in Finance, preferably gained within structured companies, entrepreneurial SMEs or consulting firms;
