The team
Agoda's Marketing team operates at the intersection of business strategy, data, and execution. We build and scale programs across growth, pricing, and commercial initiatives that drive customer value and sustainable business performance globally. We're analytical, fast-moving, and deeply cross-functional — partnering closely with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Supply to shape Agoda's growth agenda.
The opportunity
We're looking for experience Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leaders to own high-impact commercial initiatives from strategy through execution. You'll translate business goals into structured plans, lead cross-functional programs, and use data and experimentation to unlock growth.
This role sits at the center of key decisions — influencing how we grow, price, and operate across markets — with strong visibility to senior leadership.
In this role, you'll get to

- Define and execute strategies within your scope — which may span areas like pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention, or go-to-market — translating commercial priorities into testable hypotheses, scalable frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and other measurement approaches, to evaluate impact and sharpen decision-making.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to surface trends, opportunities, and risks; build dashboards and executive-ready narratives that communicate performance clearly.
- Model business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support planning around P&L;, growth, and long-term value creation.
