As a People & Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design, you will support the delivery and development of learning experiences that help employees build professional and interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with the Enterprise Talent & Learning team to coordinate learning activities, facilitate training sessions, create learning materials, and support the smooth execution of global learning programs.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development and is looking to grow their experience in learning design, facilitation, and program management within a global organization.
This is a Maternity Cover and we offer a 12 months contract.
As a People & Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design, you will:
- Facilitate virtual and classroom-based training sessions.
- Support the coordination and logistics of learning programs and events.




- Create and update presentations, learner materials, facilitator guides, and job aids.
- Support the development of learning content and activities.
- Work with subject matter experts to gather information and create learning materials.
- Monitor learner participation and collect feedback.
- Support program communications and learner engagement activities.
- Maintain learning documentation and resources.
- Assist with reporting and administrative activities related to learning programs.
- Contribute ideas to improve the learner experience.

Fuel your passion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Emerging of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training, education, or related areas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating discussions.
