ROLE OVERVIEW

FALC is looking for a Sales Manager Kids to strengthen the commercial leadership of its Kids business and support its development across international markets.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and building a structured, consistent commercial approach, connecting markets, clients and the sales network with the company’s strategy and organization.

This is not only a sales development role. We are looking for someone able to understand the business, read markets and performance, set priorities and turn them into commercial action, while building strong relationships with clients, agents and distributors.

The position will be based in Civitanova Marche o in Milan with regular presence at FALC’s HQ in Civitanova Marche and frequent travel across international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development





Contribute to the definition of commercial priorities and translate them into actionable sales plans by market, channel and customer.

Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing markets and accounts.

2. Sales Performance Management

Manage sales targets, budget, forecast and key commercial KPIs.

Regularly analyse performance by market, customer and product, identifying opportunities, gaps and corrective actions.

3. Market Management

Develop a deep understanding of the different markets, their potential, competitive dynamics and distribution characteristics.

Define priorities and actions based on market potential and business objectives.

4. Clients & Key Accounts

Build and develop strong relationships with key customers, directly managing strategic accounts and commercial negotiations when required.

5. Agents & Distributors

Coordinate, support and challenge agents and distributors, ensuring alignment with commercial objective
