DOCKEE is looking for a senior, highly connected Regional Business Development Director – Europe to accelerate the international growth of our premium marine lifestyle and yacht-accessory business. This is not a conventional sales manager position.
We are looking for an established marine-industry professional who already has a meaningful network across the European and international yachting ecosystem and can open doors at decision-maker level.
The ideal candidate has spent years building trusted relationships with yacht builders, shipyards, yacht-management companies, charter operators, premium marinas, marine distributors, watersports/water-toy brands and other influential players within the luxury marine industry.

DOCKEE is looking for a senior, highly connected Regional Business Development Director – Europe to accelerate the international growth of our premium marine lifestyle and yacht-accessory business.

We are looking for an established marine-industry professional who already has a meaningful network across the European and international yachting ecosystem and can open doors at decision-maker level.
The ideal candidate has spent years building trusted relationships with yacht builders, shipyards, yacht-management companies, charter operators, premium marinas, marine distributors, watersports/water-toy brands and other influential players within the luxury marine industry.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have direct professional relationships with decision-makers at companies and organizations such as:
Luxury yacht and superyacht builders:
Yacht brokerage, charter and yacht-management groups:
CO, for example, operate across brokerage, charter, management and related yacht services, making this network particularly relevant to the role.
