To support our businessobjectivesand the continued evolution of manufacturing in the region, we are looking for an HR leader who can combine strategic business partnering with strong execution in a complex,
multi-site industrial environment.
Role purpose
The HR leader will act as a trusted partner to the manufacturing/plant leadership team. The role will operate from one of the Group's manufacturing sites in the region, while ensuring a broad view of the multi-site industrial perimeter. The role will translate business and industrial priorities into effective workforce, organization and people actions, while ensuring consistent HR practices, constructive employee and industrial relations, regulatory compliance and a strong employee experience.
The successful candidate will be expected tooperatein line with global guidelines whileremainingclose to plant reality,anticipatingworkforce needs, enabling organizationalchangeand developing the capabilities required to sustain safety, quality, productivity,innovationand long-term competitiveness.
