We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial HR Business Partner who will be responsible for the people's agenda and will also lead the people attraction and recruitment during the launch of a new manufacturing site. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a strategic greenfield project, building the workforce from the ground up and shaping the site's employer brand within the local community. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute a scalable hiring strategy that supports the installation, start-up and operational ramp-up of a modern and highly automated production facility. Permanent and full-time role
Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities
At least 7 years of experience in HR roles
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment projects
Experience in supporting industrial/manufacturing environments is strongly preferred
Previous involvement in greenfield, startup or large-scale workforce build-up projects is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
Experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives
Italian and English fluent
Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €65.000,00.
