In a nutshell

Within our recruitment department, the main objective will be to manage the recruitment of new employees for the Group's various brands, our sites in Italy and for both seasonal and permanent staff.

Every year, 5,000 seasonal workers join our campsites.

About us:

Every season our Italian and European staff welcome and are the point of reference for our international guests during their holidays at the campsites where we are present. Our task is to offer the best possible service and to enhance our well-known hospitality. Our job opportunities range from back office positions to customer-facing services. We have employees who work in campsites in reception, others who work in maintenance, others who manage all the campsites in a certain area and others who work in the office in a support or administrative role.

Since October 2023, the European Camping Group, known for Eurocamp, Roan and Homair, has taken over Vacanceselect. With this merger, we have become Europe's leading provider of outdoor accommodation. From next season, the employees (of the campsites) of these brands will work together within the same company, supported by a new company at administrative level. In order to simplify processes and to ensure optimal support for both our operations and office employees, we are looking for a new human resources coordinator.

The place of work is our headquarters in San Felice del Benaco (next to Camping Weekend). The HR team will consist of this person and a recruiter and will report to the Director of Training and Recruitment of the group, which is located in Aix en Provence, France.

Major responsibilities:

- - Participate in the development of the recruitment process and the Group's recruitment strategy.

- - Define, in collaboration with Human Resources or your manager, the specific missions related to recruitment (position/profile, etc.).

- - Writing and publishing attractive advertisements

- - Monitor applications in the management system (ATS),



select profiles according to the needs expressed and carry out initial interviews with selected candidates

- - Manage pre-employment formalities in cooperation with the Human Resources department.

- - Ensure that new recruits are properly integrated into the company

- - Train managers and executives on recruitment techniques and the use of the ATS

- - Manage partners (employment office, schools, local agencies, etc.)

- - Develop partnerships with schools to recruit trainees, students in training or young graduates.

- - Manage stands and represent the group at job fairs and forums (in France and Europe, if necessary).

- - The list of tasks is not exhaustive and may change according to the needs of the department.

Qualifications and skills:

- - Excellent written and spoken knowledge of Italian and English

- - Previous experience in personnel recruitment (company, temporary employment agency, etc.) is mandatory.

- - Knowledge of Italian legislation and its application in HR functions is essential

- - A degree in Human Resources would be highly advantageous

Profile :

- - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

- - Team-oriented mentality and ability to collaborate effectively with teams from different departments

- - Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, and excellent attention to detail;

- - Depending on requirements, may be required to travel sporadicallyM to various Group locations to participate in recruitment campaigns and employment-related events in different regions.

- - 40-hour contract. Start as soon as possible.
