LINKTOUR Automobile Srl is looking for an experienced Automotive Technical Support & Training Specialist to support the development of its after-sales network in Italy.

The role will be focused on dealer technical support, technical training, complex fault diagnosis, technical upgrade campaigns and vehicle quality feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical and repair training to the Italian dealer and service network, improving workshop diagnostic and repair capabilities.

Provide remote and on-site technical support to dealers and workshops, supporting the diagnosis and resolution of complex vehicle issues.

Manage and support technical upgrade and service campaigns, ensuring effective implementation across the dealer network.

Collect, analyse and report vehicle quality issues identified in the field, working with the relevant technical teams to support root-cause analysis and continuous product improvement.

Maintain effective communication between the Italian dealer network and LINKTOUR technical teams regarding technical cases, recurring issues and required corrective actions.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience, preferably within an authorised automotive dealership or service network.
- Previous experience with brands such as Fiat, Citroën, Volkswagen, Toyota, Hyundai,



Škoda, Renault, Dacia, SEAT or comparable automotive manufacturers is considered highly relevant.
- Strong vehicle diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to independently analyse and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience supporting or training workshop technicians is highly desirable.
- Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
- Good professional English, both written and spoken, required for communication with international technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Availability to travel within Italy for dealer visits, technical support and training activities.
