WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Position requires availability to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and schedules based on operational requirements. Specific work schedules will be discussed during the interview process and finalized upon selection in accordance with operational needs and applicable Conditions of Employment (COE) provisions.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises the scope of phases of assigned restaurant within a food court or stand-alone food activities as follows:

JOB LOCATION: EUROPE, ITALY, FOOD OPERATIONS.

1. Supervises entire range of business operations; planning, coordinating and executing performance daily requirements. Checks food preparation, portion control devices, temperature checks, cash register operations, dining room maintenance and restocking, and cleanliness of entire facility.

2. Ensures good customer service throughout the shift, cleanliness and uniform discipline of staff members, compliance with safety and security requirements and proper safe use of all equipment and small wares. Interacts with customers, ensuring their utmost satisfaction and effectively resolving complaints. Report any special issues to management.

3. Initiates assignments of all staff for daily requirements, properly documents employee job performance, maintains employee discipline, provides on-the-job training and corrects performance deficiencies, conducts group training and exchange operating procedures (EOP) guidelines.



Completes employee work schedules (incorporating planned vacation leave), deployment charts, replacement of missing staff members, cleaning checklists, timesheets and operational budgeting requirements.

4. Receives deliveries and promptly relocated goods to standard storage areas. May assist in off-loading, as required. Ensures operational conditions appropriate to storage (freezer, refrigerator or dry) are correct. Monitors and ensures adequate stocks are available and informs management team of shortcomings. Ensures facility is stocked with appropriate amounts of food and expense items in order to operate throughout the work periods.

5. Monitors and maintains all menu boards, signs and promotional materials to maximize customer awareness. Completes daily required food safety and marketing inspection/checklists, as appropriate.

6. Maintains accountability for residual change funds, cash register change funds, securing operational change requirements for each day, key controls, office controls and all appropriate internal controls as prescribed by exchange loss prevention programs. Completes appropriate documentation for compliance purposes.

Initiates appropriate repair requirements for all equipment and real property; documents actions and uses appropriate judgement to meet operational needs without business compromises.

8. Performs all duties of subordinate personnel, as required by workload.

9. Actively communicates/promotes the benefits of the military star credit card and other corporate programs to customers to drive sales growth and increase customer brand loyalty.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY CONTROL:
Works under general supervision; receives operational guidance/assistance from food management team. Complies with applicable name brand fast food (NBFF) and in-house food franchise program requirements, following all prescribed procedures. Name-brand certification is mandatory before assignment to NBFF activity.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Six months of restaurant or related food service operations experience.

OR

Successful completion of NBFF training or the Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA)
