As a Store Manager, and a valued member of the Venezia Cannaregio team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

- Leading operational excellence in stores including organization, processes and work instructions. Acting at Country level as business supporter, ensuring high quality standards to increase efficiency and to strengthen the customer experience.
- Ensuring achievement of monthly and year targets.
- Analyzing and animating KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
- Managing and planning store’s whole staff (internal and external).
- Coaching, mentoring and coordinating team for their own personal development, providing feedback on a daily base.
- Recruiting new joiners and supporting them through the onboarding process.
- Guaranteeing continuous support in store from the training and development point of view according to HR strategy.
- Coordinating commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
- Floor management in hottest KCP and floor coaching to Specialist.
- Managing store costs budget (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories
- Instore management (HR management, Payroll & Administration, Cost Controlling,



Evaluation, PCR, legal issues).
- Managing instore operations, being the spoken person with HQ for all the inquires (IT, operation, Audit, Loss prevention).
- Getting in contact with brands representatives arranging the proper training solution in accordance with AM strategy.
- Ensuring correct stock level to deliver commercial target and prevent stock loss (deliveries, SC confrontation and managing demarque results).
- Facilities services aligned to budget.
- Administrating & Managing cash operations, to ensure proper cashflow management.
- Implementing company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
- Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 36.000.

This amount represents the starting annual gross salary currently assigned to the position for a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week and has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. It reflects the salary typically offered to candidates joining this role at the time of publication of this job posting. For part-time positions, the salary will be proportionally adjusted according to the agreed working hours.

This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.

On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Sephora in Italy.
