About the Role

As a Technical Sales Support, you will support the Technical Sales Services team in ensuring effective communication and information exchange between Sales, Engineering, and Production departments.

You will contribute to the preparation of technical commercial documentation and support activities related to machine configurations, order management, and installed base information.

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly technical and international environment, developing both engineering and business-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Sales team in the preparation of technical offer documentation, including machine specifications and configuration details.
- Assist in collecting and consolidating technical information from multiple departments to ensure the accuracy of customer proposals.




- Contribute to the preparation and updating of order confirmations and machine specifications according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Support the management and maintenance of technical documentation related to the installed machine base.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Sales teams to ensure consistency and quality of technical information.
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of product configurators and technical tools used by the department.
- Prepare simplified technical drawings and product documentation to support commercial and technical activities.
- Support data collection, reporting, and information management activities related to machine configurations and customer orders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and standardization across processes.

What You Need to Be Successful

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent (recent graduate or final-year student);
- Basic knowledge of technical drawings and mechanical documentation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with CAD tools and ERP systems is considered a plus;
- Interest in industrial machinery and technical-commercial processes;
- Fluent Italian and good English communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and organizational capabilities;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Team-oriented approach.
