ResponsabilitàAssess and underwrite new surety bond requests by analysing financials, business performance and counterparty capabilities
Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure compliance with internal policies and risk appetite
Define and validate technical pricing to sustain profitability




Manage and monitor the surety risk portfolio, identifying trends, exposures and opportunities
Collaborate with commercial teams to support business development while maintaining risk discipline
Contribute to reporting and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency in underwriting decisions
Requisiti fondamentali1-2 years in a similar role within an insurance company or broker
Degree in Economics or Law
Excellent English communication skills
Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
Ability to handle complex cases
