We are looking for a Test Engineer to develop and execute manual and automated tests in order to ensure the quality of our products.
As a Test Engineer he/she will estimate, plan, and coordinate the testing activities. He/she will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.
The position in open in Rome.
Your tasks
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents together with Product Managers and Developers to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured technical guidelines
Execute test procedures and analyze results
Detect, document and track software and/or hardware issues
Verify bug fixes
Plan and perform drive tests
Your qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related subject
Technical background and general understanding of the telecom industry
Basic knowledge of mobile network technologies (GSM, WCDMA, CDMA, LTE, NR)
Basic knowledge of computer network technologies (TCP/IP, NDIS, Routing)




Basic knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems
Basic knowledge of automation frameworks and programming languages (C++, C#, Java,
JavaScript, Python (or similar)
Basic knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Management Studio is highly appreciated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is an advantage
Precise and attentive to details
Flexible, independent and self-motivated
- Able to work in a collaborative, global environment
ISTQB® (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certifications are highly appreciated
Driving license
