Responsibilities
- Leasing of retail units within the Italian Supernova portfolio
- Reduction of vacant units and active vacancy management
- Preparation and ongoing update of leasing offers and proposals
- Onboarding of new tenants
- Negotiation, preparation and execution of lease agreements and amendments
- Timely renewal of existing lease contracts
- Correspondence and meetings with tenants
- Development and implementation of the optimal tenant
