LHH For our client, within the CustomerSupport Services & Training area, we are looking for a Material ManagementSpecialist for the office in Vergiate (VA).Responsabilità The mission is toexecute end-to-end material management activities, from requirements planningto supply execution, ensuring alignment between demand, procurement and supplyperformance through coordination of internal and external stakeholders. Key activities are:Manage material requirements based on demand inputs, ensuring proper definitionof quantities, timing and sourcing strategy; Execute or support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities, ensuringconsistency and accuracy of planning data; Generate and managepurchase requisitions and ensure timely conversion intoPurchase Orders / Transfer Orders; Ensure proper alignment between demand, planning and procurementfunctions; Manage assigned material supply sources (Supply Chain, Industrial Operations,Local Suppliers); Collect, consolidate and monitor supply plans ensuring their consistency withdemand priorities; Monitor execution of supply plans, identifying delays, shortages andmisalignments; Perform expediting actions on supply flows and deliveries, coordinating withresponsible stakeholders; Act as focal point for material issues and receiving anomalies, ensuring properescalation and resolution; Manage material shortages and critical situations, defining and following uprecovery actions; Provide timely visibility on material availability, risks and recoveryplans; Support prioritization decisions in case of constrained supply scenarios; Ensure data consistency and updates across planning and executionsystems; Monitor inventory levels, backlog and supply performance for assignedmaterials; Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and supply processes.Profilo REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor/Master Degree (Engineering,
