Overview
In this role you join McKinsey’s two-year Operations Excellence Program to help clients achieve operational excellence. You will work on multiple client engagements, solving problems, forming hypotheses, and delivering data-driven recommendations. The program blends on-the-job coaching with a structured capability-building curriculum to accelerate your development. You’ll be part of a global, diverse community, with strong mentorship and ongoing training to grow into a leadership role.

Responsabilità
- Identify issues on client engagements and develop hypotheses
- Design and conduct analyses and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations
- Participate in on-the-job coaching and structured capability-building within the OEP




- Collaborate with colleagues and clients across industries and service lines to drive results
- Receive and apply feedback to improve performance and impact

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree
- Initial experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (e.g., global sourcing strategies, cross-functional category management, RfQ processes and negotiations)
- Proven leadership in a work setting or through extracurricular activities
- Mobility and willingness to work on European assignments during the work week
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
