INTERNATIONAL MASTER RECRUITER
for our Guidance and Recruitment Office within the Master Division, which is in charge of attracting and selecting top candidates for MBAs and Masters.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the definition of the scouting strategy
- Cooperate with the team in defining the attraction strategy, channels and actions.
- A global mindset, innovative approach and entrepreneurial attitude are key assets to deliver high-quality results in this activity.
- Scouting and recruiting online and worldwide
- Represent SDA Bocconi at fairs (online and in-person), conferences, and MBA events — strong presence and excellent relational skills are crucial to succeed.
- Host regional info sessions in targeted cities worldwide.
- Advise prospective students on programs, in person or via calls.
- Managing effective and continuous communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
