Overall Purpose of the Role

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving profitable growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of strategic business opportunities within his/her territory.



The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects while promoting the full value proposition of DHL eCommerce's cross border solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize their logistics and eCommerce supply chain while delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth for DHL eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within assigned market segments and territories.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute an effective sales activity plan, including customer visits, prospect meetings, and networking events.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature and business implementation.
