Overview
In this role, you will architect and operationalize GenAI capabilities to scale AI initiatives across the enterprise. You will deliver reusable AI accelerators, intelligent agents, and integrations that connect with enterprise platforms. You’ll pilot new AI technologies and shape the AI development lifecycle to drive practical, delivery-focused outcomes. You join a collaborative team working with Architecture, Security, and Data Management to enable impact at scale.

Responsabilità
- Develop enterprise GenAI solutions and accelerators
- Build agents and intelligent workflows
- Integrate AI with enterprise platforms and systems
- Implement RAG, knowledge access, and agentic workflows
- Provide technical support to business initiatives
- Evaluate and experiment with new AI technologies




- Define reusable frameworks and accelerators
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Data Management

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI technologies
- Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and equivalent frameworks
- Experience with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC)
- Experience in automation, intelligent automation, and RPA platforms
- Knowledge of Python, API integration, and modern software engineering practices
