Overview
In this Program Manager role, you drive end-to-end project management for ADAS initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule, scope, and budget. You collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to balance competing demands and advance product introductions. You will manage programs from sourcing through post-launch, ensuring smooth acquisition and execution under PMI-guided processes. Responsabilità
- Manage projects within the ADAS Business Unit following the company’s product introduction process
- Apply PMI project lifecycle (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing)
- Oversee sourcing, post-launch activities, and acquisition-related support in coordination with program management and sales management




- Interface with all stakeholders to balance scope, time and cost
- Drive project communications with customers, suppliers, project teams, and management; monitor progress via reviews and team meetings; resolve issues

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering, project management or equivalent
- Confirmed experience in program management (ideally automotive)
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing abilities
- Customer satisfaction orientation, analytical thinking, problem solving, detail orientation
- Fluent in Italian and English
