reporting and portfolio management activities. The role focuses on ICT portfolio governance, financial planning and control, executive reporting, project prioritization, resource capacity monitoring and support to procurement and audit processes. The position acts as a key coordination point between ICT leaders, Controlling, Procurement and other corporate stakeholders to ensure visibility, alignment and effective management of ICT investments, projects and operational spending.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport ICT Portfolio Management and PMO governance activities, providing visibility on programs, projects, roadmaps, risks, dependencies and resource capacity.
Coordinate portfolio prioritization, KPI/OKR monitoring and executive reporting, ensuring alignment with ICT strategic objectives.
Manage and continuously improve ICT planning and reporting processes, tools and dashboards, ensuring data quality, consistency and reliable
