You will serve as a Supervisory Contract Specialist in the Contracting Department of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT) in Naples, Italy.

- You will serve as a Division Director.
- You will oversee procurements which support mission requirements for Navy, Marine Corps, and other Supported Commanders throughout the Command's area of responsibility.
- You will be responsible for the leadership and management of subordinate personnel within the Division with oversight responsibilities to ensure satisfactory work products within the Division.
- You will perform both pre-award and post award contracting functions relating to the planning, development, advertisement, award, and administration of contracts.
- You will be responsible for contracts covering a range of services and products related to design, construction, utilities, maintenance,



facility support services, research and development, energy, and information technology.
- You will oversee and leads efforts to plan, develop, advertise, negotiate, award, administer, and/or terminate contracts supporting long range procurement programs.
- You will make decisions or recommendations on the interpretation and content of federal regulations and agency policies concerning development and management of complex procurements.
- You will promote standardization when desirable and promote instructions/processes implementing approved procurement policies.
- You will serve as Source Selection Authority (SSA) or Source Selection Advisory Council (SSAC) Chairperson or member when procedures utilizing multiple boards are required.
- You will assist in resolving inquiries from the Small Business Administration (SBA), Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Secretary of the Navy or customer equivalent, industry
