Overview
In this internship, you support risk management and compliance projects within Marsh McLennan’s Risk Consulting team in Rome. You’ll work on assessing business processes, strengthening internal controls, and supporting third-party risk, GDPR, anti-corruption, and internal audit activities. The program combines formal training with hands-on client work, under mentorship, to accelerate your growth in risk and compliance. This role offers exposure to Marsh Risk’s strategic vision and a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Responsabilità Analyze business processes to assess risk and identify control gaps
Strengthen and implement internal control policies and procedures
Support Third Party Risk Management initiatives
Contribute to Compliance Models and oversight for regulatory requirements
Define and review anti-corruption models (ISO 37001)
Assist Internal Audit activities (operational and compliance)
Support Data Protection compliance (GDPR)
Contribute to anti-fraud framework implementation
Requisiti fondamentali Master in Economics (or closely related)
Fluency in Italian and English
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interest in risk management
Theoretical knowledge of compliance topics
