We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented Legal Specialist to join our Legal & Corporate Governance team in Milano.

The successful candidate will support the business on a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and project-related activities.



This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international energy and infrastructure projects in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements and consultancy contracts.

Support procurement, commercial and project teams in contractual negotiations.

Assist in identifying and managing contractual risks.

Maintain contract templates and legal documentation.

Support corporate governance activities for Italian and international entities.

Assist with board, shareholder and corporate documentation.

Support compliance initiatives, internal policies and legal procedures.

Coordinate with external legal advisors when required.

Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.

Conduct legal research and prepare internal legal memoranda.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and contract management practices.

Qualifications:
