Collaborate with City Operations teams to align Greenlight Hub activities with market needs, including supply growth, onboarding, and driver engagement. Make fast, thoughtful decisions in real time-especially when the path forward isn’t obvious or predefined. Identify patterns in driver feedback and escalate issues that impact the experience at scale to improve how we support our community over time. Manage Greenlight Hub operations with discipline, ensuring all safety screens, virtual onboarding, and resurrection activities are executed with high accuracy. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, retail management, or operations.
- Intermediate English and regional language proficiency (written and verbal).
