Are you ready to unlock your full potential? Job Purpose The Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Specialist acts as key business partner to the GM and is responsible for supporting the development,



deployment and continuous optimization of the affiliate omnichannel customer engagement strategy across the Rare Diseases portfolio, aligned with the regional OmCE strategy. The role acts as the local omnichannel partner and orchestrator, working across Marketing, Sales, Medical, CRM and other relevant functions to translate business and customer needs into integrated customer engagement plans. The Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Specialist leverages customer insights, CRM data and performance analytics to optimize customer journeys, channel mix, content, sequencing and interaction frequency, while driving adoption of omnichannel capabilities and ways of working across the affiliate. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and ethical guidelines for omnichannel communication in the pharmaceutical sector.
