Design and scale a common Repair Operations management system with standards, cadences, and continuous-improvement routines.



Drive operational change across globally distributed repair warehouses and frontline teams. Own training and certification strategy for global Repair Operations, including role-based curricula and readiness criteria. Own the measurement framework and reporting, ensuring trusted, actionable metrics with frontline visibility.
Own tooling and equipment strategy, partnering with Product and Engineering to test solutions and scale tools for safe, high-quality repairs. 7+ years in repair, warehouse, fleet, manufacturing, logistics, or operations/program management in multinational settings. Experience with Lean/Kaizen and quality-management systems (ISO or equivalent). Strong analytical and operational-planning skills with data, dashboards, and business cases.
