General Manager - Hotel Sorrento Held by the same family for three generations, Hotel Sorrento is one of the Mornington Peninsula's most iconic hospitality destinations.
Following a major redevelopment, the property continues to be recognised as one of Victoria's leading multi-venue hotels, and is now seeking an experienced General Manager to lead it into its next chapter. This is a genuinely diverse property to run: premium accommodation sits alongside seven distinct food and beverage venues, giving the successful candidate a broad and varied commercial mandate.
Trade builds to an extremely high tempo over the summer peak, when the Peninsula's seasonal visitor numbers surge, making this a fast-paced, high-volume operation for several months of the year alongside a steadier shoulder and winter season.



The role carries full P&L; accountability across accommodation and all seven food and beverage venues, with genuine autonomy and close day-to-day partnership with ownership.
